wonderful and cute!
clean room live music lovely breakfast
the room was clean. i enjoyed irish music in the bar during the evening. the breakfast was lovely (especially the pancakes!).
the carpets in the room were a bit aged. i noticed it flared up some allergies.

The staff proved fabulous. the lady at the front desk noticed a parking spot in front. she ran outside to inform me of the vacancy after seeing a car leave. the room provided quiet comfort comparable to a detached hotel. It felt clean.
The carpets definitely showed age and seemed to trigger some allergies. the bathroom tiles need repairs. the shower felt very small. The room became quite warm in the mornings, even with windows open.

Enchanting Getaway
excellent food easy access
Fiona and her staff gave us great service when we stayed two nights. The food at the bar and breakfast tasted excellent and the Guinness also. The location in town has easy access to the train and many restaurants.
I did find the walls thin. I could hear drunken guests outside their door late at night. I also heard loud sounds from the next room. The first reaction from reception was about the room, instead of asking if I was okay.

The hotel includes parking available up the road. It costs €3 per day. The interior of the place was recently refurbished, and I noted extreme cleanliness everywhere. There also seems to be lift.

I had my first Irish breakfast , and I found it delicious. The hotel included this lovely meal in my stay, a very nice touch. I also had evening meals at the hotel, and they tasted quite good.

the hotel's location proved excellent as it was central yet slightly removed from busier areas. a spacious parking area sits just behind the hotel and is free overnight. the room was accommodating and reasonably sized. the pub offered good food and live music in the evening, and i did not hear any noise from the pub in my room.
the bar staff was rude and abrupt upon arrival, directing me to wait despite available tables and a somewhat hidden sign, leading to a delayed seating.

the hotel is in the heart of the town , but slightly removed from the noisier areas. there is a large parking area just behind the hotel , that is free overnight. the pub has good food and live music later in the evening.
the bar staff were rude and abrupt. i walked in and sat at one of three empty tables. a server then told me to get up and wait at the door.
